About the Role:

You work will contribute to protecting the integrity of funding and political donation system and directly contribute to public trust in the electoral process. This is a unique opportunity to build your skills in analysis, problem solving and regulatory work while supporting a national purpose
 
Key responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing financial disclosure returns submitted by a range of political participants, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legislative requirements.
• Support the processing and payment of election funding to eligible political parties and
  candidates in line with legislation and internal procedures.

SFIA Skills Sought:
Delivering independent, risk-based assessments of the effectiveness of processes, the controls and the compliance environment of an organisation.

AUDT Level 3:
Adopts a structured approach to executing and documenting audit fieldwork, following agreed standards. Maintains integrity of records to support and satisfy audit trails. Identifies typical risk indicators and explains prevention measures.
