Food & Beverage Attendant

Permanent Part-Time | 8–37.5 hours per week

Cater Care is seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our airport operations at Sydney International Airport. You’ll work across our outlets, including Oporto, Betty’s Burgers and Mad Mex, providing quality service to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on hospitality role suited to someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and interacting with customers.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Food preparation and kitchen support
• Taking orders and serving customers
• Barista and coffee preparation
• Dishwashing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Restocking and general outlet duties
• Following food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Supporting your team to deliver efficient service during peak periods
• Shifts are available between 6:00am and 8:00pm, with hours ranging from 8 to 37.5 hours per week.

What you’ll need

Have a genuine passion for customer service and hospitality 

Essential:

• Current RSA as our cafes are licensed to sell alcohol
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Availability across morning, afternoon and weekend shifts

Highly regarded:

• Hospitality or retail experience
• Barista experience or qualifications
• Previous experience in a high-volume food environment
