Working in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment, you'll ensure Aerlink flights run smoothly and on schedule. With both full-time and part-time roles available, we offer flexibility to align with flight schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation processes, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
  • Manage check-in tasks including verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes, and checking luggage.
  • Provide accurate flight information to passengers regarding schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
  • Resolve passenger issues with professionalism and efficiency, assisting with inquiries on schedules, fares, and policies.
  • Ensure safety and security compliance in all processes, including screening passengers and luggage.
  • Coordinate with airport personnel to ensure smooth operations, prompt assistance in emergencies, and effective handling of delays or disruptions.
  • Assist with aircraft cabin cleaning as required.

Qualifications

  • Licensed & Reliable: Valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transport.
  • Australian Residency: Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
