Investment Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Debt

Our client is a boutique real estate investment manager backed by major Australian institutional investors, specialising in real estate secured lending across a diversified portfolio of sectors including industrial, residential, build-to-rent and student accommodation.

They are looking to add an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate to their Investments & Transactions team, working closely with senior members of the business across the full deal lifecycle.

The Role

• Involvement across origination, underwriting, execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring
• Building and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions
• Preparing credit and investment committee papers
• Conducting due diligence across new opportunities
• Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

About You

• 3–5 years' experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to debt/credit (equity-side candidates also welcome)
• Real estate experience across multiple sectors
• Strong financial modelling skills
• A proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to learn and grow with the business
• Experience at a smaller, more specialist firm is well regarded, though not essential
