Workshop Manager

🛠️ Opportunity: Lead a team of 10-15 diesel fitters, technicians and apprentices in a well-established workshop supporting mobile crushing and screening equipment. Take ownership of workshop operations, machine builds, hire fleet maintenance and workshop performance.

🎓 Experience: Workshop Manager, Maintenance Manager, Service Manager or Senior Workshop Supervisor from crushing & screening, quarrying, mining, earthmoving or heavy equipment backgrounds. Strong leadership, scheduling and workshop management experience required.

💰 Benefits: $120K-$150K + Super, Monday-Friday role, 40-42 hour week, paid birthday leave, service recognition rewards, long-term stability and a supportive family-owned business.
