Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the planning and execution of lifting operations.
• Communicate effectively with crane operators and site personnel.
• Conduct pre-lift checks and inspections of lifting equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of lifting operations and equipment usage.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Dogman certification and licences.
• Experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and lifting procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
