Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design and implementation of Pega solutions, including 1+ end-to-end Pega project implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system designs.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Pega Strategic Applications, particularly Pega Customer Service, to craft tailored solutions for clients.
- Champion Agile methodologies to drive efficient delivery of Pega solutions across organizations.
- Act as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
- Drive business transformation initiatives, demonstrating measurable improvements in processes and outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices for utilizing Pega technology in banking services or related domains.
- Certified Pega Business Architect (preferably version 7.4 or later).
- A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Pega solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record in business transformation projects with a strong focus on delivering tangible results.
- Experience in international markets, such as Australia, Europe, or the US, for at least 5+ years.
- Strong domain knowledge in banking services is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conceptualize complex business processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and global teams.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and their application in large-scale projects.
