- Provide operational management of a multidisciplinary team of approximately 9.7FTE (Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses, EEN, Administration Officers and TACP Assessor)
- Manage the patient flow and care coordination through the TACP service to optimise access to the service, achieve great patient experience and outcomes and maximise occupancy.
- Drive quality improvement and clinical service standards whilst building the capability of the team to do the same
About you
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience with a demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Current NSW Driver’s License and willingness to travel as required in role.
- Proven clinical leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering excellence in community aged care through person-centred care
- Demonstrated ability to use analyse and interpret complex verbal, written and numerical information, and draw logical conclusions to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of quality and safety processes, including the ability to analyse patterns and trends within new or unique sets of data.
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing change in clinical practice within a person-centred framework, with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to positively influence and engage others.
