The Role

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 175+ properties
• Build strong relationships with owners and renters
• Manage maintenance, arrears, inspections and renewals
• Ensure compliance requirements are met
• Work closely with the wider PM and leasing team
• Dedicated leasing and administration support

About You

• 2+ years’ residential Property Management experience
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills
• Calm under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable agency
