Contract Support & Measurement Consultant

ADA (Australian Defence Apparel) is Australia's leading manufacturer of military uniforms and a trusted provider of innovative uniform solutions across Defence, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, and corporate sectors.

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide uniform fittings, admin support, and exceptional customer service. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate customer records and supporting the delivery of ADA's contract services.

• Conducting garment fittings, measurements, and apparel sizing
• Coordinate day-to-day office tasks, email triage and competing priorities
• Act as the first point of contact for agencies contracted by ADA with a strong focus on professional service
• Greet visitors and personnel, maintaining accurate visitor attendance records
• Weekly stock analysis and reporting to ensure all KPI’s are met and all inventory is level

• 2-3 years' experience in customer service, retail, or administration preferred but not required
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Able to perform admin tasks independently
• Rights to work in Australia and current national police check or ability to obtain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
