This is an opportunity to work closely with privately owned businesses, family groups and growing enterprises while developing skills beyond traditional compliance accounting.
You'll gain exposure to taxation, business advisory and client relationship management while working alongside experienced Managers, Directors and Partners.

What You'll Be doing

Financial & Technical

• Prepare and review financial statements across varied entity structures
• Deliver income tax returns and taxation compliance obligations
• Support tax planning, structuring and advisory engagements
• Provide technical accounting and taxation guidance
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes

Operational & Process

• Manage client engagements and reporting deadlines
• Review work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance
• Delegate and oversee work completed by junior team members
• Improve workflows and drive efficiency across engagements
• Maintain strong technical documentation and workpapers

Stakeholder & Commercial

• Build trusted relationships with business owners and clients
• Work closely with Managers, Directors and Partners
• Act as a key link between leadership and junior staff
• Mentor and develop junior accountants
• Contribute to broader advisory and business improvement projects

About You

• 2+ years' experience within public practice accounting
• Strong taxation and business services capability
• CA or CPA commenced, completed or planned
• Confident reviewing financial statements and tax returns
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
