An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a highly regarded luxury developer-builder in Brisbane.

With a strong pipeline of high-end, multi-residential projects valued up to $300M, this is an opportunity to work on some of Brisbane’s most impressive developments while joining a builder with a strong reputation for quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural construction activities across major multi-residential projects
• Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities to programme
• Coordinate structural works from foundations through to completion
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider project team
• Maintain strong standards across quality, programme and site coordination

About You

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-residential projects
• Strong structural construction knowledge across concrete, formwork and reinforcement
• Experience working on multistorey projects valued $50M+
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and programme
• Open to relocating to Brisbane / South East Queensland
