About the role:

Act for both Australian and international financial institutions/corporate borrowers on banking and finance transactions.
Advise on all aspects of banking and finance matters such as assets and structures, preparation, due diligence on businesses and negotiation of facility, security, intercreditor and step-in arrangements.
Be involved in project finance, agribusiness finance, corporate lending and structured facilities.

The ideal candidate:

Have at least 1-4 PQE, with prior experience in property finance, corporate finance or transactional commercial law.
Strong drafting, attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to manage competing deadlines.
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
