If you’re passionate about helping people succeed, building strong relationships and making a positive community impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Make things happen: Help participants navigate practical challenges, including identification, banking, transport and other employment barriers.
  • Support success: Provide ongoing mentoring and post-placement support to help participants settle into and maintain employment.
  • Build connections: Develop strong relationships with employers, training providers and community organisations to create employment opportunities.
  • Make a difference: Deliver culturally safe, respectful and inclusive services that reflect the needs of the local community.
  • Get results: Maintain accurate case notes, meet RAES reporting requirements and contribute ideas to continually improve services.

About You

You’re a natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping others reach their potential. You bring:

  • Qualifications and/or experience in Employment Services, Community Services, Social Work or a related field, with demonstrated case management experience.
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and/or in remote or regional settings.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting people facing barriers to employment.
  • Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the RAES program or employment services frameworks (desirable).

Essential licences and clearances

  • Current NT Ochre Card.
  • Ability to obtain NLC work and residential permits (assistance provided).
