Barista/ Café Supervisor - Williams Landing

We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/Barista for our Williams Landing store who is team-oriented, fast-paced, and has a passion for customer service.

Applicants will be experienced Baristas and will work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in the store.

Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:

• Assisting with the oversight and supervising day-to-day operations
• Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications.
• Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and being an exceptional role model for your team
• Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
• Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
• Barista duties, including Latte art

Baristas who apply should be able to...

• Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
• Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
• Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art
• Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
• Supervise daily operations and large teams
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have excellent presentation and customer service
