- Lead and supervise electrical trades, subcontractors and site personnel
- Oversee installation of switchgear, transformers, MCCs, cabling and associated infrastructure
- Coordinate electrical construction activities to achieve project milestones
- Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including testing, energisation and system handover
- Ensure compliance with project safety, quality and construction requirements
- Coordinate activities with mechanical, civil, structural and commissioning teams
- Support workforce planning, productivity and project reporting
- Mentor and develop electricians, apprentices and junior personnel
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability and high performance
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- S26 - exam complete
- Extensive experience supervising electrical teams on major mining, resources, energy or industrial projects
- Strong background in electrical construction and commissioning
- Experience with HV systems, substations, switchgear and power distribution infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage contractors, resources and project priorities
- Processing plant, refinery or mineral processing experience
- EPC or EPCM project experience
- Experience using SAP, Aconex or similar project systems
- Hazardous Area / EEHA experience
- HV commissioning and energisation experience
