Multiskilled Plant Operators – $45.45/HR + PENALTIES, GOOD OT – WACOL

Are you an experienced plant operator ready for stable, well-paid work with a major international organisation?

 

We’re seeking skilled Multi-Ticketed Plant Operators for a large-scale industrial operation around the Wacol area. This is a genuine long-term opportunity offering full-time hours, excellent earning potential and a professional team that values experienced operators and invests in their development.

You’ll be operating a range of heavy machinery in a well-structured environment with strong safety systems, modern plant and clear pathways for skill growth and equipment rotation.

 

IDEAL OPERATORS WILL HAVE:

Minimum 12 months’ experience operating any of the below RIIMP ticketed machinery - ideally competent on two or more of the following:

• Excavator
• Loader
• Grader
• Dozer
• Compactor
• Bulk Water / Moxy

The more machines you can operate, the greater your opportunity for variety and progression!

 

THE ROLE OFFERS:

• $45.45 per hour + penalty rates
• Average 9 – 12 hour shifts
• 6:00am day shift starts
• Overtime and Saturday work available
• Weekly pay

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable transport is essential (site is not accessible by public transport)
