Looking for Flexible Driving Work?
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused casual Truck Driver to join our Animal Nutrition Mill based in Windera, QLD.
This role has been created to provide leave cover for our permanent drivers, with shifts offered as required to support planned and unplanned absences. When operationally required, you may also assist with feed mill and site activities, providing variety across both transport and mill operations.

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering stockfeed and agricultural products to customers while providing excellent customer service and ensuring all safety and compliance requirements are met.
This hands-on role includes loading and unloading deliveries, completing vehicle safety checks and maintaining delivery documentation.
When required, you may also assist with feed mill production, stock handling, forklift operation and general site duties.
As this is a casual position, hours and shifts will vary based on leave coverage requirements and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Truck Driving and Deliveries
- Safely operate heavy vehicles, including auger trucks
- Load, transport and deliver stockfeed and agricultural products
- Complete vehicle safety checks and delivery documentation
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Follow all safety, fatigue management and compliance requirements
- Assist with loading and unloading products when required
Mill Support
- Assist with feed mill production and general site activities
- Support stock handling, receivals and dispatch
- Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with site requirements
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene and safety
- Assist with general mill and yard duties as required
What You'll Bring
- Current and valid Heavy Vehicle Licence (Minimum HR, HC highly beneficial)
- Current Forklift Licence
- Experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably within agricultural, rural or transport environments
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness to undertake loading, unloading and general site duties
- Flexibility to work casual shifts as required
- Willingness to support both transport and mill operations when needed
