PROPERTY MANAGER | PART-TIME | 100 PROPERTIES | WEST

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property management business in Melbourne's West.

The role offers genuine flexibility, with the successful candidate managing an established portfolio of approximately 100 properties across just 3 days per week, working 5 hours per day.

As the business continues to grow, there is potential for the position to increase to full-time hours, although the successful candidate can also remain permanently part-time.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing an established residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties
• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Conducting routine inspections and condition reports
• Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
• Managing arrears
• Processing applications and tenant enquiries
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation
• Liaising with trades and service providers
• Maintaining accurate property records
• Providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants
• Managing general Property Management administration

What We're Looking For:

• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Mid-level Property Manager preferred
• Ability to independently manage a portfolio
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail
