Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience and skill set)

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Workers to join our dynamic team. This role supports operations across the Casino, restaurants, bars, hotel, and the Alice Springs Convention Centre.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service

• Support food & beverage, front-of-house, and guest service operations

• Greet guests and share information about our venues and services

• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented areas

• Assist with venue setup, clearing, restocking, and general service tasks

• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations

• Previous hospitality experience (preferred)

• Certificate II or III in Hospitality (advantageous)

• Completion of compulsory secondary education

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, reliability, and cultural awareness
