Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations for a leading distributor in the sporting goods and fitness industry.

Located in Clarence Gardens, this role offers an ideal work-life balance with standard daytime hours, a predictable Monday-to-Friday schedule, and no weekend work or overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, stock replenishment, order picking/packing, and dispatch.

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small, dedicated warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe daily throughput.

• Conduct regular stock counts, manage inventory accuracy, and minimize discrepancies.

• Maintain a safe working environment adhering to WHS standards, guidelines, and house keeping rules.

• Coordinate with transport providers and couriers for timely inwards and outwards freight delivery.

About You

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Storeperson role.

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.

• Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management systems.

• Ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive team culture.

• Comfortable with hands-on physical warehouse duties alongside supervisory tasks.
