Site Manager - Moss Vale

An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor, delivering complex Amenities, Community Centres with Residential housing, civic buildings, and medium density housing.

The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of an amenities project in the Moss Vale Area, managing all on-site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all on-site construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plant
• Driving program, cost, quality and safety performance
• Coordinating consultants, authorities and key stakeholders
• Ensuring full compliance with WHS, site safety and risk management requirements
• Leading, mentoring and developing site-based staff
• Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman delivering complex Amenities, Community Centres with Residential housing, civic buildings, and medium density housing
• Strong understanding of buildability, sequencing and site logistics
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Trade background preferable but not essential
