About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our Murarrie office.

Working closely with Project Managers and Project Administrators, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across a range of industries and clients.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in project administration, project coordination or project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with administrative and project-related tasks.
  • Maintain project documentation, registers and records.
  • Raise purchase orders and assist with procurement activities.
  • Process client invoicing and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Assist with mobilisation requirements including travel, inductions, training and site access.
  • Maintain training and competency records.
  • Coordinate project documentation and ensure accurate filing and record keeping.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting and project tracking activities.
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Project teams.

About You

You may be an Administrator, Service Coordinator, Project Support Officer or looking to develop your career within a professional project environment.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous administration, project support or service coordination experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience using ERP, finance or project management systems would be advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and strong team focus.
