City is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a large portfolio of Coles Supermarkets and Liquor stores. This leadership role is responsible for managing a geographically dispersed technical team, driving operational performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service outcomes for our partner.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager you will lead approximately 10-15 direct reports and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure maintenance programs, budgets, safety standards, and service delivery targets are consistently achieved.

About the Role
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will:
Lead and support a team of field-based technicians across a large geographic region
Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure KPI achievement
Manage operational budgets, subcontractor spend, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with all safety, legislative, and company requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with Coles stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and asset enhancement programs
Support project delivery, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to your team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Tertiary or trade qualifications with relevant licences
Minimum 5 years' experience within facilities maintenance, retail services, building services, or a related sector
Strong technical understanding of building systems including electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance
Demonstrated experience leading and developing operational or technical teams
Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and service partners
Strong financial acumen, including budgets, cost control, and performance reporting
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to balance operational priorities across multiple sites and locations
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
