This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who wants to manage a solid portfolio while having the right people around them to take care of the admin and routine work.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 190 residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and renters
• Manage maintenance, arrears, renewals and general portfolio management
• Conduct inspections and manage compliance requirements
• Work closely with the Assistant PM and wider Property Management team
• Utilise PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate
• Be part of a well-supported and established PM department

About You

• Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
• Ideally 2+ years’ Property Management experience
• Comfortable managing a portfolio of 150+ properties
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with owners, renters and contractors
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio while staying calm under pressure
• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
