Reason: Re-structure. Recognised they have a lot of senior management and need to change. Ready for the next generation of leaders, ready for change because people are asking what next now? .
Org Chart: Report to Alister (Technical Director), who then reports to Grant. Laos sits on the side, who is kind of the GM for the new Projects Delivery team now + fab.
Responsibilities: Assigning work, workflow, planning projects, budgets, dealing with client’s procedures and policy set up, help work on current employee’s career direction.
Positives: Smaller company with the ability to grow and change quick.
Reports: 15-20 - Design and Mechanical but not projects Manager
Money: $200,000 + super + bones Last year was $10K + car??
Challenges: Dealing Alister and changing old habits.
Person: 30-40 age would be ideal. People orientated.
