CrewSELECT is partnering with Bugardi Contracting to recruit an experienced Plumbing Supervisor for a permanent position working across construction projects throughout the Perth metro area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor, Leading Hand or Senior Plumber looking for a highly competitive permanent position without having to go FIFO.

 Excellent Pay Package

  • Full-Time $70.00/hr BASE RATE + PENALTIES
  • PLUS Leading Hand Allowance – $1.94/hr
  • PLUS Site Allowance – $2.34/hr
  • PLUS Fares & Travel – $34.73/day / approx. $4.34/hr
  • Standard effective rate – approx. $78.58/hr

The Role

As the Plumbing Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of plumbing works across construction projects.

You’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for keeping your crew safe, productive and delivering quality work.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating plumbers and site personnel
  • Leading crews and allocating daily works
  • Overseeing plumbing installation and construction activities
  • Reading and interpreting plans and project requirements
  • Coordinating with other trades and site management
  • Monitoring productivity, quality and project progress
  • Conducting pre-starts and toolbox meetings
  • Ensuring all works meet safety and quality requirements
  • Troubleshooting and resolving site issues
  • Providing hands-on support to the crew when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Plumbing trade qualification/licence
  • Previous experience as a Plumbing Supervisor, Leading Hand or Senior Plumber
  • Strong commercial/construction plumbing experience
  • Proven leadership and crew coordination experience
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent safety awareness
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and keep projects moving

Tickets & Experience

  • Working at Heights
  • White Card
  • EWP
  • Plumbing qualification/licence
  • Electrofusion experience/ticket highly regarded
  • Excavator and/or Skid Steer experience highly regarded

$70/HR BASE + PENALTIES + ALLOWANCES
