organised and proactive Production Administrator to support our busy manufacturing operations, working closely with our production and workshop teams to keep manufacturing activities running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, and takes pride in delivering accurate
administrative support. From managing production documentation and job scheduling to liaising with internal departments and maintaining records, you'll
play an important role in supporting the delivery of quality products to our customers worldwide.

The Role:

  • Creating, maintaining and tracking internal production projects from initiation through to completion
  • Creating and maintaining production orders and project records through the ERP system
  • Entering sales orders and processing customer invoices, production orders and project transactions
  • Coordinating documentation required for manufacturing, quality, inventory and project control processes
  • Monitoring project budgets, committed costs and invoicing milestones to ensure financial accuracy
  • Updating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing data
  • Assisting with production planning and scheduling activities
  • Monitoring production progress and updating relevant records and reports
  • Supporting stock control, inventory transactions and material movements
  • Assisting with job costing and production reporting
  • Project purchasing as required
  • Maintaining document control and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Providing general administrative support to the Production team
About You:
  • Previous experience in an Administration, Production Administration, Operations Administration or Manufacturing Support role
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to understand project costs, inventory movements, work in progress (WIP) and customer invoicing
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and systematic in following company procedures and processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience supporting project costing, budgeting, invoicing or financial administration within a manufacturing, engineering or project-based environment
  • Experience working with the Bill of Materials and SAP would be highly regarded
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience working within a Quality Systems (ISO9001:2008)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
