A leading global financial services business is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the delivery of company secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a governance professional ready to step into a leadership role with genuine scope for impact, autonomy, and career progression.

As Senior Manager, you'll own the delivery of company secretarial services across a varied client base, ensuring every engagement is precise, compliant, and client-focused.

Key areas of focus include:
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of company secretarial services, ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, lead onboarding of new accounts, and translate client needs into practical governance solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, managing workloads, supporting professional growth, and driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute to operational excellence and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure all work meets legislative and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of governance and risk management.
You'll bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a genuine passion for governance best practice. Ideally, you'll have:
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in company secretarial or corporate governance services, including at least 2 years in a management or team leadership capacity.
  • A Chartered Secretary qualification (ACG/FCG) or an equivalent governance credential is highly regarded, though candidates with strong equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate governance principles, statutory compliance requirements, and company secretarial best practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and offices across multiple jurisdictions.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach, paired with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
