An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a boutique real estate agency in Melbourne's Inner North.

The Property Management department is a close-knit team, and they're looking for a mature and experienced Property Manager who can confidently take ownership of a portfolio while contributing positively to the wider team environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values strong teamwork, supportive leadership and a positive workplace culture, while still having the autonomy to manage their portfolio independently.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 150 properties
• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Handling day-to-day portfolio management
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Managing inspections and compliance requirements
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters
• Managing arrears and outstanding issues
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
• Preparing and maintaining accurate property documentation
• Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with Victorian legislation
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

What We're Looking For:

• Approximately 5-6+ years of Property Management experience
• Strong end-to-end portfolio management experience
• Confident managing a substantial portfolio independently
• Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident handling difficult conversations and resolving issues
• Mature and professional approach
• Strong team-focused attitude
• Ability to hit the ground running

• Salary: Up to $100,000 package + super
