Volunteer Donation Sorter - Goulburn NSW

Ongoing Role - Shifts available 6 days a week Minimum 4 hour commitment each week Prior experience sorting donated goods is desirable but not required   The opportunity   Volunteering at the Red Cross Shop in Goulburn, in a back-of-house capacity. By joining the team in Goulburn, you will be assisting the broader network of stores.  This may include: Sorting donations into saleable and non-saleable Boxing excess and high-end products to send to our National Distribution Centre Tagging and processing stock for the shop floor  Steaming items The primary focus of this volunteer position is to sort donations and box them for shipping. Goulburn contirbutes a large quantity of saleable product to the rest of the retail network, supporting nation-wide sales. Moving boxes and manual handling up to 10kg will be required.     Why choose to volunteer with Red Cross?
