Procurement Specialist - Indirects (IT & Marketing Focus)
Our client is a growing and evolving organisation where procurement continues to play an increasingly important role across the business. An opportunity has arisen for a procurement professional to join the team, supporting a diverse portfolio of indirect spend with a focus on Technology, Digital and Marketing categories.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll contribute to sourcing initiatives, supplier management activities and commercial projects that support broader business objectives.
The Role
As Procurement Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier management activities across Technology and Marketing spend. Partnering closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll drive commercial value, strengthen supplier performance and help embed procurement best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
You'll be an established procurement professional with experience managing sourcing activities, supplier relationships and commercial projects within a complex business environment.
Experience across Technology, Digital, Marketing or broader indirect procurement categories will be highly regarded. We're also open to candidates with strong procurement fundamentals who can quickly adapt to new categories and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Support Technology, Digital and Marketing procurement initiatives.
- Manage supplier selection, commercial negotiations and contract activities.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance and support governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve value, reduce risk and enhance service delivery.
- Provide procurement support and guidance across the business.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and procurement best practice.

- Experience managing multiple priorities and procurement projects.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
