Clinical Care Manager (Registered Nurse)

  • Adelaide, SA (eastern suburbs base, genuine hybrid)
  • Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday
  • $120,000 – $150,000 base + super
Our client is a highly regarded national care provider delivering in-home nursing, aged care and specialised community health programs across South Australia. Their SA operation is growing, and they now need a Clinical Care Manager to lead a large frontline team of nurses and care staff across community nursing, in-home aged care, Hospital in the Home, school health and custody health programs.

This is a leadership role for an RN who gets energy from people. The team is experienced and proud of the care it delivers; what it needs now is a steady, visible leader who brings people together and gives them a clear voice at the top. You'll have genuine executive backing to make the role your own.

What you'll actually do
  • Lead and unite a multidisciplinary nursing and care team across community nursing, in-home aged care, Hospital in the Home, school health and custody health programs
  • Be the go-to clinical sounding board for nurses in the field: real-time guidance on complex care and scope-of-practice decisions, without micromanagement
  • Own clinical governance in a way clinicians experience as support, not surveillance: standards, documentation quality, incident review, lessons learned
  • Build capability through onboarding, competency development and honest career conversations
  • Partner with scheduling and operations so workloads stay sustainable and care stays continuous
  • Handle escalations with a steady hand and a learning-first approach
Who we're looking for
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Experience leading, mentoring or supervising nursing teams. NUM, Clinical Care Manager, team leader or senior community RN backgrounds all welcome
  • A warm, grounded communicator who resolves conflict naturally and leaves teams better than they found them
  • Solid clinical judgement across community, aged care or complex care settings
  • Current driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain), and full working rights
What's in it for you
  • A genuine mandate: executive backing to shape the culture and make the role your own
  • Monday to Friday, no shift rotations, no weekend roster. A leadership role you can have a life around
  • $120,000 – $150,000 base + super, matched to the scale of the portfolio
  • Multi-stream variety with the stability of an established national provider
