Location: Mount Gambier, SA
Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time (12-Month Contract, potential ongoing appointment)
Salary: MD2 | $243,212 - $320,467 p.a. + 12% Superannuation, Leave Loading & Salary Sacrifice

About the Role
An outstanding leadership opportunity for an experienced medical professional to provide strategic and operational leadership within a major regional health service. Reporting to the Executive Director, Medical Services, you will lead clinical governance, medical workforce management, service planning, and quality improvement initiatives to support safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership across clinical services.

Essential Criteria
- Medical degree and specialist qualifications.
- Eligibility for Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
- Significant clinical and medical leadership experience.
- Experience in clinical governance and workforce management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centred care.
