• Lead end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Provide commercial insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and statutory compliance
• Oversee payroll, cashflow and financial systems
• Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Proven experience across financial & management accounting, reporting and compliance
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business outcomes
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
