Team Leader – Warehouse (3PL Environment)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing 3PL operations in Eastern Creek. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong focus on safety, quality, and process management, and can lead by example to deliver outstanding results.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet productivity, safety, and quality targets.
• Oversee warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Promote a safety-first culture, always ensuring compliance with WHS standards.
• Monitor workflows and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to customer requirements.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM
• Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required
• Pay rate: Based on experience

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a leadership/supervisory role in warehousing or logistics (3PL experience highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, WMS systems, and RF scanning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proven ability to build a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Forklift license and WHS knowledge highly desirable.
