This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety, combining both concrete batching and agitator driving responsibilities. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality concrete, coordinating deliveries, operating plant equipment, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every day.

About the Role

Reporting to the Concrete Plant Manager, you will:

  • Operate the concrete batching plant to produce quality concrete to specification
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage concrete orders and deliveries
  • Safely operate an agitator truck when required
  • Conduct daily plant and vehicle inspections
  • Maintain accurate batching and delivery records
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers and drivers
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the concrete plant
  • Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current HR Licence or higher
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Sound computer literacy
  • A commitment to safety and compliance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous batching, concrete, quarry, or transport experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
