Working within a dynamic and collaborative team environment, this role will see you provide a combination of office coordination, project administration and team support to a large multidisciplinary project team. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office. Your new role
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of a busy project office.
  • Organise meetings, workshops and team events.
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation of new team members.
  • Provide administrative support across project, commercial and technical teams.
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting and management.
  • Maintain project records, reports and documentation.
  • Administer time sheets and reporting processes.
  • Support SharePoint administration and document access requests.
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities and general office requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships across a diverse stakeholder group and act as a key point of contact within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Project Administrator, Team Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar support role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint or document management systems would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work autonomously, take initiative and contribute positively to team culture.
