We're looking for a Senior Platform Infrastructure Lead to lead a team of senior engineers supporting mission-critical enterprise platforms in a large and complex technology environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in platform stability, incident management, release governance, security uplift, and operational maturity.
What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Senior Platform Engineers.
• Own platform operations, service reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive major incident response and resolution across multiple technology teams.
• Improve release management, change governance, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with architecture, delivery, security, and infrastructure teams to support critical business services.
• Manage vendor relationships and key stakeholder engagement.
• Champion platform security, risk management, and operational resilience.

What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience leading infrastructure, platform, or ICT operations teams Proven experience supporting complex enterprise applications or business-critical platforms Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor engagement skills Experience with incident management, change control, and release governance Background in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern operational practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Australian Citizenship is mandatory
Nice to Have

• Salesforce platform exposure
• Experience with GitLab, Splunk, Jira, Confluence, or SAP
• Relevant cloud, infrastructure, or platform certifications
• Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers
