Our client is a government organisation based in Hobart. They are looking for an experienced BI developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Rewrite the existing Power BI report.
• Convert the reports connections from the Microsoft Data Warehouse to the Data Lake.
• Ensure the updated report is accurate, structured and fully connected to the new data source.
• Communicate clearly throughout the project.
• Deliver the work with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on Power BI experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with complex Power BI reports.
• Ability to quickly understand an existing reporting environment.
• High level of structure and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.

Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be technically strong in Power BI, highly self-sufficient and capable of completing the required work without extensive guidance or support.What you'll need to succeed
