Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the planning, scheduling, and administration of training programs
- Managing learning calendars, enrolments, attendance records, and training communications
- Supporting onboarding, compliance, and capability-building initiatives
- Maintaining learning records and reporting through the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Monitoring mandatory training completion and compliance requirements
- Liaising with managers, employees, subject matter experts, and external training providers
- Developing and updating learning materials, guides, and training resources
- Evaluating training effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Providing advice and support on learning systems, processes, and development opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and administering learning and development programs
- Experience facilitating training sessions and supporting learning delivery
- Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and training administration processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
