Summerbliss Pty Ltd t/a Noodling is seeking a Chef / Cook to join our restaurant in Cannington.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes
• Management of kitchen operations
• Maintaining quality of food of all stages of food preparation
• Management of safe and hygienic work environment
• Training kitchen staff
• Working in a team environment
• Working alongside owner and contributing towards menu
• Working efficiently under pressure
• Working in line with budgets
• Ordering and maintaining stock levels

To be considered for this position, you will need to hold a relevant culinary qualification and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.

You will also need to have proven experience working with Japanese cuisine.

A remuneration package between $79,499 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
