Hays Technology is currently partnering with a leadingresources organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver aPortfolio of technology and operational projects across a large-scale miningenvironment.

Your new role
This role will focus on the delivery of a P25 RadioCore Upgrade project, along with other small-scale technology initiatives. Youwill be responsible for managing projects through the full lifecycle, fromStudy phases and business case development through to delivery and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of small technology and infrastructure projects
• Manage the P25 Radio Core Upgrade project
• Develop study-phase documentation and business cases
• Prepare project documentation aligned to established project management frameworks
• Coordinate stakeholders across technical and operational teams
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, budgets, and reporting
• Ensure successful project delivery from initiation through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated years' of experience in ProjectManagement within mining, resources, or technology environments
• Proven experience deliveringinfrastructure, communications,or technology projects
• Strong experience developing business cases andcompleting study phases
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communicationskills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technicaland non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to build strong workingrelationships and influence outcomes
• Relevant Project Management qualifications
