Healthcarelink is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a casual position with an aged care facility in Parramatta, NSW.

• Role: Registered Nurse – Aged Care
• Location: Parramatta, NSW
• Employment Type: Casual
• Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
• Start: ASAP

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health
• Administer medications and treatments as required
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
• Work collaboratively with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals
• Respond appropriately to changes in residents' health conditions
• Follow aged care policies, procedures and quality standards

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous aged care experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
• Relevant compliance checks as required
