Forklift Op Pick Packer

Our client is a global building materials and construction solutions company with a strong presence across Australia, who have a focus on creating using lightweight materials for construction.

They are currently searching for a forklift operator, please see below for further information.

Role: Forklift Operator 
Location: Canning Vale
Hourly Rate: $39.66 + Penalties
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: Long-Term role 
  
Duties:

• Operating a 5T - 7T counterbalance forklift
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers coming to site.
• Occasionally sliding of fibre cement sheets and pick packing metal accessories.

Requirements:

• Safety first attitude with experience in safe work practices
• Forklift licence (2-3 years experience)
• Able to take instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Responsible, reliable and physically fit
• Available to work occasional overtime
