About the Role

Looking for a hands-on role with great hours and a strong hourly rate?
Our client, a busy steel galvanising company, is looking for reliable and hardworking Forklift Drivers / Yard Workers / General Hands to join their team.

Multiple positions are available, with long-term opportunities for the right candidates.
If you enjoy working outdoors, operating a forklift and staying active throughout the day, this could be the role for you!

What’s on offer

• $35.96 per hour + Super
• Paid weekly
• Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm
• Immediate start available
• Potential for long-term work
• Consistent Monday–Friday hours

What you’ll be doing

• Operating forklifts to load and unload steel products
• Moving and positioning steel products around the yard
• Assisting with the preparation of steel for galvanising
• Supporting production staff with day-to-day operations
• Operating basic tools and equipment
• General yard duties and housekeeping
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

What we’re looking for

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift, yard, labouring or factory experience
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands-on environment
• Reliable transport and a strong attendance record
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team
