About the Client:
Our client is an established property agency seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join their West Leederville team. As an ASX-listed national real estate business, they offer strong career development opportunities within a growing property management team, supported by a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
About the Position:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing leasing activities across the agency's Northern Territory property portfolio. Based in West Leederville, you will oversee the leasing process from property openings and inspections through to tenant applications, reference checks and leasing documentation.
Working closely with the broader property management team, you will provide a high level of service to prospective tenants, maintain accurate leasing records and ensure the leasing process runs smoothly and efficiently. The role will suit an organised and customer-focused property professional who is confident working independently while managing properties remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with opening properties for inspections and viewings
- Conduct property inspections and showings for prospective tenants
- Liaise with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
- Conduct tenant reference checks and assist with application processing
- Prepare and process leasing documentation and paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, applications and leasing activity
- Coordinate leasing activities across the Northern Territory property portfolio
- Work closely with Property Managers and the broader team to ensure a smooth leasing process
- Provide a high standard of customer service to prospective tenants
- Escalate matters requiring approval or sign-off to the relevant Property Manager
- Manage leasing activities effectively while working remotely with the Northern Territory portfolio
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience conducting property inspections, opens and tenant showings
- Previous experience within the real estate/property industry
- Strong understanding of the residential leasing process
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Experience preparing and managing leasing paperwork and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple leasing activities and priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently while managing a remote property portfolio
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
