The Role As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple insurance repair projects across your allocated area
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers
• Conducting site inspections and assessing required repair works
• Monitoring project schedules, workmanship and quality
• Liaising with homeowners, internal teams and relevant stakeholders

What You’ll Bring We are looking for someone with:

• Experience within insurance repairs or residential construction
• Strong understanding of residential building and repair works
• Experience coordinating trades and managing multiple sites
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Coming From Residential? Previous insurance building experience will be highly regarded, but it isn't essential.
