The Opportunity

An established residential builder is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take a key position within their construction team.

Your primary focus will be the delivery of a childcare centre, while also taking responsibility for the programming and oversight of a 60+ townhouse development running alongside it.

This is a hands-on senior role requiring someone who can manage their own project while keeping a close eye on the programme, progress and performance of a larger residential development.

The Role

• Manage the childcare centre from construction through to completion
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site activities
• Maintain programme, quality and safety standards
• Oversee and drive the programme for the townhouse development
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays
• Work closely with Site Managers and Supervisors across the townhouse project
• Report on construction progress to the wider management team

What We're Looking For

• Proven Senior Site Manager experience
• Strong residential construction background
• Experience delivering townhouse, multi-residential or similar projects
• Construction Manager experience would be highly regarded
• Strong programming and construction planning ability
• Confident managing multiple priorities and project teams
• Excellent trade and subcontractor management skills

This would suit an experienced Senior Site Manager who enjoys being hands-on with their own project but also wants the responsibility of overseeing and programming a larger development.
