Concreter/Trades Assistant

• Monday to Friday role
• $52.50ph + Super (Base & Pens)
• 7am 3:30pm

About the Client:

Our client specialises in bespoke marine construction, structural works, and asset remediation. Fully licensed and certified, they provide a comprehensive range of maritime services and infrastructure solutions, including marine transport, construction, fabrication, piling, and asset remediation.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Carry out concrete pours for pontoon reinforcement, including foam core, fibreglass, and steel-reinforced pontoons. Finish concrete surfaces using brooming techniques to achieve a durable, non-slip and grip-enhanced finish.

• Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to ensure concrete works meet structural and engineering specifications. Assist with general fabrication, trade assistant, and labouring duties as required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area while following site safety standards and workplace procedures. Support the broader team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What You Will Need:

• Proven experience in concreting, ideally skilled in brooming/broom finishing to achieve a safe, non-slip surface
• Experience using hand and power tools mandatory
